Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. For massage treatments, you'll be draped with sheets and only the area being worked on will be exposed. You may wear underwear or disposable undergarments provided. For facials, we recommend removing makeup beforehand. We provide robes, slippers, and lockers for your convenience.

We recommend booking 1-2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred time and therapist. Weekend appointments fill quickly, so plan ahead. For group bookings or special events, please contact us at least 3-4 weeks in advance. You can book online 24/7 or call us during business hours.

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service fee. No-shows will be charged the full amount. We understand emergencies happen - please call us directly if you have an urgent situation. All cancellation fees are applied to your account.

Yes, please inform us of any health conditions, injuries, allergies, or if you are pregnant. Conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, heart conditions, recent surgeries, or skin sensitivities may affect certain treatments. Your therapist will adapt the treatment accordingly. All information is kept confidential.

Absolutely! Gift certificates are available for any service amount or for specific packages. They make perfect gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, or just because. Purchase online through our website or visit us in person. Digital gift certificates are emailed instantly, while physical cards are available at the spa.
